Video Project (coming soon)
In the coming months we will be launching a really cool video based project in which we will share interviews on the importance of Music for our Kids. You will hear from musicians, students, teachers, business owners, activists, legislators, community leaders and many, many more. Music is our universal language and you will be able to see and hear why, stay tuned friends!!!

In the meantime, enjoy this little tidbit...

"Ear Candy is one of those hidden gems that most people don't even know about. They're out there quietly working it, raising money and raising awareness for how important music education is for kids. For someone like me, who started learning drums in 4th grade, I totally get how important music education is. It's not just playing music. It's learning things and pushing yourself and teamwork and so many other skills that will set you up for life. Music ended up paying for my college and it's still a huge part of who I am. It's so sad that in many schools they are taking away the music funding, and that's why we need more groups like Ear Candy.

Nate is great to work with because he knows so many people. Fender. The Hard Rock Café. A bunch of others. Yet he's so low key it just makes you want to say "OK, what I can do to help?' People want to help out because they know Nate and what he's all about.

We had a fundraiser for Ear Candy last month at the Hard Rock to kick off Nate's instrument drive - and it just blew up, in a good way. Every time you turned around someone else was coming to the table and helping out or coming by to help increase awareness or swinging by to drop off some instruments to get things going. It was one of the coolest things I've been involved with in a long time…"
